This new 12,000 square foot home in Natick, MA features an Energy Kinetics System 2000 high efficiency oil fired burner with two eighty gallon stainless steel domestic water storage tanks. There are four hydronic air handlers with cooling coils and four American Standard high efficiency Allegiance air conditioners combined to make an efficient heating and cooling system.

This project consists of a multi building - multi unit condominium complex in Acton, MA with thirty year old heating and cooling systems. We replaced the old inefficient systems with Weil-McLain Ultra 93 high efficiency gas boilers with Tekmar control systems to operate the boilers at maximum efficiency. The Townhouse units were also equipped with American Standard Allegiance 14 high efficiency air conditioners matched with variable speed air handlers and high efficiency media air cleaners.

This project had a fifty year old steam heating system with large radiators in a small ranch style home. The boiler needed replacing and the homeowner wanted central cooling. We installed a high efficiency Energy Kinetics oil fired boiler with a Superstor stainless steel indirect fired water heater. An American Standard Allegiance 14 outdoor unit with a matching variable speed air handler with hydronic coil handled the heating and cooling for the home.
